About the spa
Spa Guidelines
Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.
Policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol. Your therapist may terminate services, without a refund, for any inappropriate language or actions. We encourage the use of your in-room safe deposit box for all jewelry and personal items.
Age Limitations
Spa facilities are for guests aged 17 and older. Some salon treatments are available to children under the age of 17 with parental supervision. Please inquire at the reception desk, or click here for our SPAhhhT Youth Spa.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant. Services marked with an * symbol are governed by state laws requiring guests to refrain from shaving 24 hours prior to pedicure treatments. Guests with open cuts or wounds are by law not eligible for pedicure treatments in the state of Texas. Services marked with the ** symbol use heat as part of the treatment. These services are not recommended for guests who have heart conditions, are sensitive to heat or are pregnant.
Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. For Shiatsu or Thai massage, guests must bring their own shorts and t-shirt (clothing is required and will not be provided).

Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Please call 210-767-5577,or in-house, touch 6103. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes for treatments are accepted up to four hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. Without this notification, you are charged in full.
Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For groups of six or more, a 20% gratuity will be added.
