Seating arrangements and room set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. The hotel offers several beautiful areas for outdoor wedding ceremonies and San Antonio TX wedding receptions, including The Courtyard Deck, The Lawn, Golf Meadows, Rogers-Wiseman Pavilion, Luckenbach Pavilion or any indoor function space. A location fee gives you exclusive use of the location. Backup rooms will be provided for all outdoor functions in case of inclement weather. Decorations, flowers, officiate and entertainment are not included in the location fee.

Complimentary self-parking is offered for your guests. Valet parking is also available, at a cost of $7.00 daily or $15.00 overnight. Parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
