Select the space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices. The facilities of our beautifully appointed San Antonio Texas meeting rooms can be set up in just about any style or fashion.
To ensure your event in our San Antonio Texas meeting rooms meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Hill Country Ballroom
Our largest event space, this elegant ballroom is a spectacular backdrop for any gathering. Hold an industry trade show, complete with more than 80 full size exhibit booths. Open a company convention with a grand welcome session in a theater-style set up for 1,700 or host the closing night ceremonies in a seated banquet for 1,200 guests. This flexible venue can be divided into as many as seven salons, allowing you to utilize the room for several functions at once. Set up smaller meetings in part of the ballroom while organizing a themed lunch buffet in the other half. The adjoining prefunction area is ideal for pre-event registration, early morning continental breakfasts, or cocktails prior to a formal dinner.
Courtyard Deck
Just off the pre-function area lies the Courtyard Deck, lined with magnificent Live Oak trees. Accessible from the Hill Country Ballroom, this lovely setting offers a memorable location for hosting an outdoor dinner for 250, or a cocktail reception for 400.
Fredericksburg Ballroom
Perfectly sized to use on its own or in conjunction with the Hill Country Ballroom, the Fredericksburg Ballroom offers over 5,700 square feet of event space. Large enough to accommodate 32 full size exhibit booths, 380 in a classroom setting or 600 in a theater-style set up, this room can also be divided into smaller rooms to suit your meeting needs. Hold U-shape training sessions for 20-50 guests or committee meetings in hollow square formations for 24 to 60 participants. The Fredericksburg Foyer works well for setting up coffee breaks in between meetings, or for casual cocktails at the end of a day.
Bandera / Brady / Hondo / Uvalde
This grouping of four similar rooms gives meeting planners a myriad of options for small to mid-sized gatherings. Invite 50 VIP clients to a private cocktail reception, or host an awards dinner for your top sales team. Hold continuing education courses in each, set up classroom style for 15 to 60 participants, or round-table discussions among department heads in a hollow square format for 20 to 45.
Centerpoint
Elegantly styled with a wooden conference table and executive leather chairs, this classic boardroom is the perfect spot for senior management gatherings or private meetings of up to 12 guests.
Kerrville Private Dining Room
Adjourn from your board meeting in Centerpoint to our private dining room, the adjacent Kerrville Dining Room. This exclusive venue is located inside the elegant Antlers Lodge Restaurant and can accommodate up to 50 guests in a formal banquet setting.
Luckenbach Pavilion
Overlooking the lovely 9th and 18th greens of our championship golf course, this covered outdoor pavilion creates an unusual setting for evening social events after a day of meetings or a memorable coffee break. Attendees will enjoy the fresh air while taking in the beautiful views. Luckenbach can accommodate up to 240 for a seated banquet or 350 during a casual reception.

Rogers-Wiseman Pavilion
Plan a spectacular keynote or conference opener in our brand-new Rogers-Wiseman Pavilion, an 8,800 square foot conference space accommodating as many as 800 people. A striking canopy reaching a soaring 23 feet high, the pavilion's peaked center lends visual interest while updated walls and flooring provide a modern touch. Guests will enjoy the climate-controlled space during any time of year, as well as the covered walk between the pavilion and main hotel building. Enjoy a banquet for 700 with 10-person tables, or entertain a large crowd with a theater-style set up for 660.
