Springhouse Cafe
In the heyday of the Rogers-Wiseman Ranch, DG Rogers built a springhouse to keep meat fresh and dairy cool. Today, on the site of the original springhouse, Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa’s Springhouse Cafe offers all the delicious foods DG worked so hard to keep available. This casual, family-friendly restaurant is a bright and open spot to enjoy delicious buffets, regional specialties and all your favorite foods. Gather with the family over a hearty breakfast to plan an exciting day of golf, tennis, swimming, spa and more. Relax over a leisurely lunch between meetings or catch up on your email while you enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside from the walls of windows. Our 19th hole San Antonio TX restaurant offers a restful retreat, whether you are golfing or simply enjoying the gorgeous view of the rolling Hill Country. Teeing off early? Practice your putting after an energizing breakfast in the dining room, or grab a power bar to keep you going. Celebrate a game well played with a satisfying sandwich, burger or healthy salad, accompanied by a refreshing cocktail or other beverage. Cactus Oak Tavern is conveniently located in the Clubhouse, also offers two televisions to keep you up to date on world events, as well as a pool table for your entertainment.

General Store
What could be better than a store filled with treats for one and all? Whether your vice is chocolate or coffee, sandwiches or souvenirs for your collection, you’ll find it all at the General Store. Satisfy a craving, or keep your in-room fridge stocked with supplies for you and the kids. The walls of the General Store are stocked with bins and barrels filled with candies, licorice, gourmet coffee, sandwiches, freshly baked cookies hot from the oven and Texas-themed gifts.
