Open kitchen, elegant wood furnishings and an inviting fireplace give this spacious dining room the feel of an upscale country lodge, with beautifully set tables positioned to give each an air of privacy.  Crowned by its namesake, an impressive chandelier created from 500 sets of naturally shed antlers, Antlers Lodge offers a tantalizing menu filled with innovative twists on traditional Texas fare. Wine and dine a new client over perfectly prepared entrees such as bison tenderloin and venison, or enjoy a romantic dinner for two, complete with decadent desserts.  Locally harvested ingredients and succulent regional specialties complement each exquisite creation. Whether you prefer prime cuts, fish, or game, you’ll discover mouthwatering treats from the first taste of your appetizer to your satisfying dessert and aperitif.

Allow our well-trained staff suggest wines that will beautifully compliment your meal for an all-around world-class dining experience.

Located next to the Hyatt Hill Country Golf Club Pro Shop on the south end of the resort.  If driving in, take the first available right once passing the security check point and follow the path leading to the Hill Country Golf Club.
